From 30 March, 2020 LSMU has started a major shift to distance learning as a sense of urgency about the coronavirus gripping the world. If quarantine is still required within Lithuania: all- in person classes will be cancelled because of the COVID-19 risk; the students will be asked to continue self-isolation; LSMU will use digital technologies to teach students remotely; and the study process will continue as well as the admission process for 2020/2021 academic year.

Every difficult situation has its beginning and its end. Lithuanian University of Health Sciences has not stopped the admission process; the entire International office team is working online to help you with your application process. However, we must adopt to the new circumstances and here comes a list of major changes that happens in LSMU enrolment 2020.

Due to unusual situation, we have made some exceptional conditions for 2020/2021 admission:

1. The following foreign applicants are exempted from the entrance test of the LSMU:

  • Applicants who do apply to the following First Cycle (Bachelor‘s) degrees: Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Health Psychology, Physiotherapy;
  • Applicants who received the education based on formally acknowledged educational systems listed below, and their evaluation score in Chemistry (Mathematics for Health Psychology study programme) and Biology are as follow:
